My past experience with owning a service business for 11 years has given me the best possible insight on what consumers deserve and need when it comes to their Real Estate needs.Owning a business with in the fashion industry has given me the extra experience needed to assist my sellers when preparing their home to sell. Staging and updating a property properly is just one of the very crucial steps in marketing a home for sale. I can bring to you a sense of what buyers are looking for in a home for a very little return on the investment.

Communication and good listening skills is another very important part of being a competitive Realtor which is what I pride myself as. When working with my clients I look at it as a partnership. Working together to accomplish the ultimate goal whether it is selling or buying a property.

I have owned and rented numerous properties myself and can bring much needed knowledge to my investment clients teaching them how to get the most out of their investment. 

Education:

I am a high school graduate with many non credited college classes also in my educational background. I have attended numerous industry related classes over the last 15 years of my career as well as computer training in Excel, QuickBooks and e-marketing. Additionally, as a Broker it is required I take 18 hours of continuing education every 2 years. At my office we also must attend monthly manager meetings for updates on the markets and mortgage related issues. This gives me the edge I need to assist my clients so that they can make the best educated decision based on the latest information I provide them.

Personal Information:

In my spare time I love doing anything outside. I enjoy biking,running/walking,boating and snowmobiling just to name a few. I am committed to volunteering for local charities within my community as well at my work. I also feel it is very important to support the community as I do when I patron other local business'. As a small business owner myself, I pride myself with supporting all local charities and other entrepreneurs.
